As of April 2010, Japan had taken measures concerning the waiver of visa requirements with 61 countries and regions, as shown in the accompanying table.

If your country or region is not listed in the visa exemption arrangement list please make sure that at least 2 months before BioFach Japan all necessary documents are submitted to NürnbergMesse.

You should apply for “Short Term Stays (excluding Work) Temporary Visa” at a Japanese consulate or embassy with the support of the document issued by the organiser based on your submitted documents.

BioFach Japan 2010 has reserved rooms at hotels near the site during the exhibition. It is recommended that hotel reservations be received by JTB Global Marketing & Travel as soon as possible to ensure room availability.
